We are happy to introduce our new Orchestra Director, Dave Champagne. Dave is an experienced instrumental director coming to us by way of FBC of Jacksonville where he served on staff for six years. Dave is an award-winning jazz trumpet player who loves glorifying God with his instrument and pointing others to Jesus Christ at every opportunity. His desire is to grow our instrumental music ministry into a powerful team of worshippers playing for God's glory and inspiring our church to passionately worship the Lord!
Celebration Orchestra rehearses each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in room 422.
Requirements for Membership:
1. Member of FBC Middleburg
2. High School Band Experience (2 years or more)
3. Complete a brief 30 minute "get to know you" interview with Pastor Jonathan (approx. 30 minutes); completely painless, I promise!

The calling of all who serve as worship leaders at FBCM is to lead the people of God into His presence every time we worship! Choir members, instrumentalists, ensemble members, soloists all have the same goal: helping others to experience the manifest presence of God. Why? Because it is in His presence that lives are changed for eternity. It is in His presence where healing takes place. It is in His presence that we come face to face with God and are confronted with His holiness and our sin. It is in His presence that we experience God’s mercy and grace. And it is in His presence where we make choices that affect not only our daily lives but also our eternal destiny.

We are searching for faithful members to lock arms with us, and with boldness and humility, lead the congregation into His presence. About the artists:
Bruce is a Grammy-nominated violinist and composer who has performed with Michael W. Smith, Natalie Grant, Avalon, Michael English, Josh Groban, Martina McBride, Alan Jackson, Natalie Cole, Ray Charles, and Michael Jackson. He joined Casting Crowns for their tours of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and throughout the United States.
Lisa made her New York debut at the age of 20, toured as concert soloist and premiered over fifty works for flute. She is a Yamaha clinician and performing artist and the former professor of flute for Florida International University. Her amazing experience as the survivor of multiple brain tumor surgeries over the past ten years has given birth to a strong, new side to their ministry. Lisa has become a sought-after women’s ministry speaker bearing witness to the power of prayer and God’s healing.
