Welcome to Early Steps Preschool Ministry. We are here here to partner with you to build a spiritual foundation in your child's life. Children from birth through pre-k will experience age appropriate Bible teaching from experienced teachers who love preschoolers. Parents can attend a Family LIFE Group and the worship service with peace of mind while their little ones are cared for in a very safe and secure environment.
Safety and security for our children is a priority at First Baptist Church of Middleburg. We have put the following special features in place to protect your preschooler.
» Our teachers are screened through interviews and nationwide background checks.
» There are always at least two teachers in every classroom.
» The hallway leading into the preschool ministry is protected by an electronic door.
» Security cameras are located in many locations throughout the building.
SUNDAYS
Family LIFE Groups – 9:15 & 10:45 a.m.
Preschool Family LIFE Groups allow children to learn about God through age appropriate, fun teaching activities. Preschoolers may stay for both hours.
J.A.M. Time – 10:45 a.m.
Three- and four-year-olds take part in this power packed praise and worship time we call J.A.M. Time ( Jesus and Me). Through music, motion and fun preschoolers learn how to praise the God who loves them. Every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.
Sunday Evenings – Monthly at 6:00 p.m.
Our wonderful childcare staff provides care for preschoolers from birth through pre-k.
WEDNESDAYS
AWANA Cubbies – 6:30 p.m.
AWANA Cubbies meets every Wednesday night during the school year. Preschool four-year-olds learn the Bible through hands on activities which help them hide God's word in their hearts.

Registration Fee* Before August 17: $35

*Fee includes: AWANA book, dues, awards, derby car

Please register your child needing childcare
for all activities EXCEPT Sunday and Wednesday night services.
Reservations should be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.
If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so as soon as possible.
Without a reservation we may not be able to accommodate your child.
Teacher meetings, Visitation and Celebrate Recovery, care is provided up to age 9.
All other events childcare is provided for ages 6 weeks to pre-k.
Online Registration helps us be good stewards of church resources
and to plan for enough staff to be present to care for your children.
Please register for each event separately.
Weekly events need to be registered for each week.
