Childcare Registration
 Please use the form below to register your child for childcare.
 Reservations are to be made at least 36 hours prior to the event.
Reservations for Celebrate Recovery are to be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Without a reservation we may not be able to accommodate your child.
Teacher meetings, Visitation and Celebrate Recovery, care is provided up to age 9.
All other events childcare is provided for ages 6 weeks to pre-k.
